My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, with some nice restaurants within walking distance, but the rooms were a nightmare due to being surrounded by noisy 8th graders. The service, however, was exceptional and friendly, especially when they moved us to a better room. The dining experience was average, offering hot options but lacking in sustainability practices like dishwashing utensils. Overall, a mixed experience but with some standout moments.

The rooms appeared clean until we discovered another guest's personal item inside, which was a bit unsettling. The service was top-notch, with extremely helpful and professional staff.
